As well as being able to supply all our customers with the steel they need we can also offers a wide range of steel services.
We can carry out many services including Drilling, Countersinking, Tapping, Turning, Milling, Flame Cutting, Welding, Shearing and Bending.

Cutting
We have three Oxy Gas Cutting machines allowing us to cut plates up to 8,000 x 3,000. Two of our machines have water beds allowing us to cut ‘under water’ to help minimise the heat affect zone and distortion of small parts.

We also have the ability to plasma cut up to 20mm thick plate.

Tolerances are generally plus or minus 3mm but can be discussed at the enquiry stage.

Fabrication
We have workshop facilities to allow us to manufacture structures up to 3 tonnes

We have a mobile workshop to allow us to carry out welding modifications and repairs to customers plant on ‘site’.

Machining
We have drilling, milling and turning facilities to allow us to produce a wide range of finished plate specific to customer requirements. We also have surface grinding to allow for fine finish requirements..

Bending
We have two brake press machines and a set of rolls to allow us to bend plate as required. (300 tonne pressure over 2500mm).
